I think I can agree that the usual "training seminar" is usually more about branding the sponsor than helping the agent. Often I find myself disturbed at the lack of information I receive per the dollar and time spent on traveling to said conference and very rarely do I feel I have any new tricks I can take with me to the field or even have the remotest idea of how I will get in front of more people consistently.

Specifically speaking you delivered 3 very powerful items I will use immediately: Non Hostage Seminar – the concept was framed well, sneakily executed for us to see in action, and is obviously cost effective – as you outlined Predictive Index – Are you kidding me? Any time we have an edge in knowing someone before they even walk in or any edge we have in hiring top talent is invaluable. What’s the most common response employers have when they talk about their help – "Good help is hard to find." NOT ANYMORE BPA product specific training – I know that everyone is excited about the BPA, but what I appreciated most is how you guys showed us how to frame away from interest rate and how to highlight the ancillary benefits within it and garnered as a result of owning it. At the end of the day, the rate sale, is always the toughest sale when it comes to indexed annuities, and your training will help us combat this directly by de-emphasizing rate and reinforcing guaranteed family benefits.
